Structural characteristics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Pump body<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adopting a split volute structure, replacing rotor components does not require moving the motor and pipelines. The replaceable pump body sealing ring ensures that the gap between the pump body and the impeller can be controlled within the required tolerance. The efficiency of the water pump can be guaranteed for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Impeller<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adopting a double suction structure design, the axial force is balanced. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced according to the IS01940 standard. The high lift pump impeller can be equipped with an additional impeller sealing ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Bearings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For horizontally installed pumps, both ends of the bearings can be lubricated with grease ball bearings or thin oil lubrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For vertically installed pumps, the upper bearing adopts grease lubricated ball bearings, and the lower bearing adopts medium lubricated silicon carbide wear-resistant sliding bearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Sealing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non cooled packing or non cooled single end non balanced mechanical seal can be used, complying with DIN24960 standard, and can rotate in both directions. When special requirements arise, double end mechanical seals can be used. For pumps with a pressure greater than 16bar, balanced seals can be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
